The project started a week late. 
He didn't purchase the furnace and A/C unit until the day before the install and this caused more delay.  The A/C unit wasn't in stock with his distributor.
His "helper" smoked in our garage. 
The A/C unit was placed on the opposite side of the house that we had talked about.
They said that if we left their advertising sign in our yard they would give us a A/C cover.  After having it in our yard for two months, I called to have it removed.  When calling I could never get a hold of him and had to talk to a woman who said she didn't know anything about the cover and that I would have to talk to him.  One day the sign was just gone from my yard.
They have never called us back each time we called to have a yearly service check.
He seemed like a great salesman though.

This job was a huge undertaking. Our house is a 1951 Cape Cod house. The furnace had problems starting, the A/C unit was very inefficient. The ducting was all over the place in the basement (looked like a monster) and we wanted it to have a much neater look.

We already knew that we wanted a Trane furnace and A/C unit and Miles was one of two companies in Erie that provide Trane. Mike Miles (the owner) spent many hours with us going over the units available and the plan for the duct work (our main concern was keeping the ducting in the rafters of the basement as much as possible). Mike came to our house about 4 times prior to starting the work. We were very pleased with his attention and patience. We had very detailed requests for the duct work and how the lines were run to the new units.

Once we signed the contract we were given an estimated start date. He started work a day after that start date. One worker showed up the first day to get started. They were able to keep our old air conditioner working for a couple of days wile starting the work. The second day 2 workers showed up for the whole day. Mike (the owner) was here 2.5 of the 5 days doing a lot of the work himself. Work went well - the whole install took a full 5 days.

The one problem that we did have was the since we gave all the details to Mike Miles, the owner, there was some mis-communication with the workers. When I called him regarding the problem - Mike came over to the house right away to see what I was talking about - Mike came the next day to fix the problem.

In the end we were very happy with the results. And love our new Trane!
