I call Mr Grab and we set up an appointment to assess my needs in late March ,hoping to get a early start on the season and he came on schedule and took pictures, but then after several days went by I had to call to find out what was happening and he assured me he was working on it .After a month and a couple more phone calls he finally told me to come in and see what he had, which turns out to be about 6 hours work at $100 per hour. To be fair I never ask more than a couple ideas so I figured I would get some names of contractors he would recommend and they would carry the project, but of the four names he gave me none of them ever gave me an estimate. They would come and look at the house and say they would get back to me but never heard from them again. So it is now late July and I have been strung along for four months waiting for empty promise and my early start is lost along with $600 for a basic exterior drawing with no detail and no contractor. I think Mr Grab did not really want to get involved in my project, either because it was to small or did not have the profit potential and he should have told me that. I think now that all the delays were a hint but he could not say it to my face.
All things considered I feel he should refund the $600 and next time say whats on his mind if you can't help someone more than this.Licensing
