Marsha quoted my house at an initial higher number than any other realtor but was sold for much less. Called me by the buyers name at closing. Failed to inform me about the final walk through before the closing so the buyer went through my house without my knowledge. I had to push for open house which was ultimately what ended up selling my house.

"[Member name removed] never addressed any issue with me and she needed to get a certain amount on the house to sell and move. Sold for less as she had a dog at the home and had to show around the dog. I did not know the buyer and when did I call her the buyers name ? I am sorry she did not talk with me about this but her house sold and frankly I do not do open houses I allow other agents to do them to get clients but they typically do not sell houses in our area. Again, she obviously did not like me and I am sorry for that. I do appreciate the feedback so I can improve my service to the people I work with so will take this under advisement."
