He was on time and professional. The job went well and met my expectations.

I had been looking for a dog ramp for a long time and couldn't find it. Finally I decided to look for a carpenter. Mike understood exactly what I wanted, and he did a great job. The ramp looks elegant and my dog loves it.

Masna had the best price, which is why we went with them in the first place, but he did not get permits for any work, which should have been the first red flag. We had numerous problems with this contractor, he did not show up when he said he would, the job took over twice as long as he quoted. In speaking to his employees, no one was happy working for him and his work-force seemed to change every month, with someone new showing up to work. The quality of the job was very poor, the siding started to blow off in a wind storm before the entire job was even completed, the steps that were sub-contracted started to crack that same winter, just a few months after they were poured. My boyfriend tried to get answers from Mike Masna and have him fix the issues, but nothing was ever fixed satisfactorily.

The new models are not quite the same size as older models. Mike had to custom make a frame and install new trim molding to make the new door fit perfectly and look like it was always there. He was very professional and took pride in his work, he explained what he was doing and why. He was respectful to both my husband and myself as well an his helper. They are a great team and I plan to use him whenever I need any remodeling or repair!

His work was professional. I would have preferred the PVC being glued rather than nailed. He felt the nailing was a better method. He saved me a bundle of money on the door sill repair by eliminating the need to do a complete door replacement

So far excellent. He has done a temporary repair and will return to complete that project and do some additional work which is required to the house.

He called when he said he would, he showed up when he said he would and he did a very nice professional job at a fair rate. Courteous of not tracking in or making a mess and cleaned up outside after he was done cutting the doors down. Will definately use him in the future.
