LYNWOOD NURSERY & GARDEN CTR

I will never buy from Nelson-Lynwood Nursery again in Fairview. I don't recommend them. I bought a tree from them Fall 2012 for $100. I was never told the policies, options to plant for warranty, etc. The customer service was also bad. Three days later the tree was very sick. I called and a woman named Shelly came out and said it was OK and sprayed it with something. The next week it looked completely dead. I called again and asked for a full or at least partial refund. She came out and said it was ok and wait until the spring and sprayed it again. It is now Spring and the tree is dead (like it was!). Turns out Shelly was a thief and con-artist that the owners had hired and then fired because of all the problems they caused. They were selling plants on the side. A current employee told me the nursery doesn't help with trees they don't plant and that they can't confirm anything because Shelly no longer works there. How is that my problem? When I talked to the owner, Helen, I told her I couldn't in good conscience buy another tree unless it was a great discount. She told me she would resolve the situation and get me a new shrub or tree for a discounted price. They came back with another $100 for a bush. So I pay $200 total?
