Performed the work in less time than initially told it would take plus they shuffled me home and picked me up when work was complete. They also washed the exterior of the car and vacuumed interior for free which they always do when they work on your vehicle. VERY professional operation!!

I have used Lossie's for many, many years for all routine auto repairs, inspections and maintenance. The only times I didn't use them was if warranty work was required on a new vehicle or a recall. These folks are excellent, professional and very knowledgeable. Their prices may be slightly higher than other independent garages, but they are far less expensive than dealer shops and their work is absolutely the best. In over twenty years and many visits for maintenance and repairs there has only been one occasion where the problem wasn't fixed the first time. I went back the next day and the problem was fixed with a minor adjustment and at no extra charge.

I had an appt and was taken in on time. I was advised of the work to be done and the cost involved. The work was done and I am satisfied. As a plus, they always vacuum the inside of your car and wash the outside before it leaves their shop. I'm very satisfied and have been dealing with them for 5 years.
