I had been planning this work for a few months, and Longo was recommended by my neighbor, who is a relative of the owner. My only complaint was getting them to call me back to get the estimate done and the work scheduled. Now that the work is done, and done so well, I can only assume they must be really busy. Under other circumstances, I might have given up and called someone else. But I was persistent, and I'm glad I was. Tom did the estimate, and the final bill was less, a nice surprise. The two men who did the work were very polite and professional, and they left the campsite better than they found it. The job was started and finished in the same day. The work was done about 3 months ago, and I have had no problems. I will definitely call on Longo for any future plumbing needs.
