Frank did an awesome job as always!  He is very conscientious and a great communicator.  He let us know when he'd be here and when he would need to come back and how long the process would take depending on the rain.  He also cleans up after himself, unlike some contractors we've had in the past.  The deck looks great; it's a pleasure to sit out there and have my morning coffee on the weekends now:)  Frank will start painting our new addition soon and that room will be the focal point of our home.  We have the utmost confidence that Frank will make it stunning!

Frank knows his painting business thoroughly! His expertise is invaluable - he educated us along the way with the different products needed for prepping & painting the paneling, metal support poles, walls, railing and fireplace brick. He has a good eye for color selection and the end result is a beautiful, modern new living area!  Frank provided an initial verbal quote that was followed with written contract.  His pricing is fair (we obtained 3 quotes and his was in the middle but we made the right decision since  his work quality is excellent).  Also, I was amazed that Frank was able to use some paint we had on-hand which saved us a from having to purchase 2-3 gallons!. As the project progressed we requested additional work (painting a metal dishwasher and brick fireplace) and Frank was flexible about quoting and completing this work, too. You won't find a more conscientious painter - he arrives as scheduled and cleans up every day before leaving. Frank and I kept in touch via phone calls-text with any questions or changes.  There were no problems whatsoever with this project and I would give Frank Leonard Painting five stars - we are already looking at some fall painting projects for him!

Leonard Painting (Frank) first arrived to review the requested services and even did so in the evening time (more conducive to our schedules). Frank was professional, courteous, and approachable. He listened to our requests and when asked would provide his expertise regarding the brand, color, type, and finish of paint. He produced an estimate for all the labor, supplies, and paint for the job. We then altered the paint request slightly, opting for NO or LOW VOC paint instead of the traditional. Frank took this change in stride by contacting his suppliers and finding what we wanted. He did inform us that the No or Low VOC paint would cost more but he would use whichever we desired. Agreeing on a start date Frank arrived just after we left for work and just before the family returned in the evening. All the furniture was moved for the prep and painting process and then moved back by the time we returned. He cleaned up all equipment/ supplies after he was finished for hte day. All the defects in our wall were filled and no longer noticeable. In the end, the estimate was exactly what was quoted/ agreed upon. His attention to detail was fantastic. The odor from the painting was almost not noticeable. The walls have never looked better. Paint was only on the walls and ceiling and not on any of our furniture or flooring. Using Leonard Painting was one of the best decisions we've made. The experience was hassle and stress free!!! Our family's life was uninterrupted.  Amazing job Frank!!!
