Lakefront Flooring

Carpet was purchased at Lowes and they had Lakefront install it. Workers were very unprofessional. They blasted their music, ate snacks, used the bathroom several times without asking, had to leave to cut the carpet (even though they came out to measure before we even ordered the carpet) and were gone a long time, took several breaks. A job that should have taken a few hours took almost a whole day. Carpet wasn't stretched tight enough and not close enough to the walls. We received a follow up call from Lowes to see if we were happy and I told them we thought the carpet wasn't installed right and they said they would have them come back but we never heard from them.

They were not the best installers I've seen but no major complaints.

We enjoyed working with Lakefront Flooring. They were quick in responding to our questions and getting the product installed. We decided to go into their store on W. 12th Street to see the product. The staff was willing to go through product samples with us and answer all of our questions.
We did have a bit of confusion with one part of the installation, which the company followed-up on and completed. At this point we feel that the carpet was laid nicely and looks very beautiful.

Fantastic installation. The guys were prompt, and very respectful. Took about two days to complete and it looks fantastic!

This is the second time I have used this company for laminate floor installation. I wish I had found them sooner. They are very efficient and know what they are doing. I plan on calling Lakefront Flooring in the future for other floor projects.

Showed up on time. The four man crew was courteous and professional. They worked all day and cleaned up well after themselves. They seemed eager to do a great job, said their goal was to not have to come back (in the event I found something unsatisfactory after they left).

A measurer first came out to take all measurements and see what was needed. The 2 installers showed up as scheduled. They removed the old baseboard, installed the laminate flooring, new baseboard and quarter round, which they stained to match the flooring.They cleaned up everything. In just a few hours I had a new room which looks great. They did a great job and I would definitely hire Lakefront flooring for any future floor installation.
