"After contract was signed, customer changed from a one-piece solid surface shower base to a manufactured base that is tile-ready. Inside pan size is 32" x 32" with drain near center. Customer's tile selection was a 1-7/8" x 1-7/8" octagon with a 5/8" x 5/8" dot. Water normally clings to all shower floors, walls and doors after a shower. With numerous floor grout joins that go in several directions, this water is hanging up slightly longer in the tiled pan. 1/2" of standing water in that small area would indicate a problem which is not the case. There were several other products that were selected and delivered only to be changed by customer at a later date. This included a 600 lb cast iron bath tub that was set up in the home for several days before being changed. I was paid in full, but would not work for this customer again."
