Our HVAC system was comprised of original 1984 and 1989 components. The Kindle team: performed formal heating and cooling load requirements calculations; provided crucial guidance on maximizing system efficiency without requiring major duct replacement; offered multiple options for meeting our specs; removed the old system components; and installed the new system. New components included: a high efficiency furnace, a medium efficiency A/C set, an automatic humidifier, a high efficiency air cleaner, a condensate pump and standpipe, and a 3and quot; chimney liner for the gas hot water heater. Once we gave Chuck the go-ahead, installation began within 10 days. The work crews were very friendly, courteous, and clean. Tarps were put down over finished floors during work hours and removed at the end of each day. All work areas were maintained in a neat and safe condition. While the initial estimate was for completion in just two days, the complexity of the project and a couple glitches did cause the need for followup visits on Day 3 and Day 4. Both were unobtrusive and we were left with clean work spaces and a substantially more efficient and quiet HVAC system. It is key to note that, of all the contractors that responded to our RFQ, Chuck was the most attentive to the our design goals. He listened, offered suggestions and alternatives, then listened some more. He was always careful to point out the trade-offs involved in selecting one direction or component vs. another. Chuck thinks in terms of 'value point' not 'price point'. He even took us to see one of his recently installed projects so we could see his team's workmanship. The Kindle team will return at our convenience in mid-winter to balance the system for heating. They will again return at our convenience in mid-summer to top-off the refrigerant in the A/C set and balance the system for the cooling season.

2014/07/09: Per commitment, technician returned and performed courtesy A/C system check per contract commitment; system was confirmed at peak performance.

Installation of a good quality furnace and air conditioning system. The service men were prompt and professional. Their work was quick, quiet, and clean. We called them twice after installation with questions and tweaking of the system, and again they provided prompt assistance. We would highly recommend Kindle for their professional sevicemen.

Went very well from when they showed up on time to when they cleaned up the area and left. Have absolutely no complaints both the furnace and hot water heater work just fine and they guys were on the ball and professional.

They are not the cheapest, but they are reliable and do good work. They are prompt. They get to one's place right away and they don't keep them waiting. They've been pretty good to me. I get what I pay for. I would use them again in the future.
