Keep Heating & Cooling has been serving the Erie county area for almost 20 years, providing quality workmanship at fair prices. We start with talented workers, friendly office staff, well stocked trucks, and a desire to do it right the first time. Many claim to have fast service on paper, but few HVAC companies can compete with out service, we have 7 service trucks on the road every day in different areas of town so that when you call us with a heating or cooling problem, it is more than likely we have a service tech right around the corner and he would be dispatched to your location after completing the call he is on...now that's fast service! In our installation department, we have men with many years of knowledge that know all the new equipment, how to install it properly, and leave your home in perfect condition when they leave. Our office people keep full records of all your equipment, when we were there, what we did, and when you are due for your regular maintenance call, our customer service people schedule your calls and remind you of when we are due to come out. Residential or Commercial we do it all, find out why most of out work comes from word of mouth advertising by out past customers.

"This was unfortunate due to customer issues not my company. The damage was at the mothers house and we called the customer every year to schedule a yearly service and customer declined every year. The only time we ever got a call was for A/C repairs and in those cases, the technician normally does not look at humidifiers because they are not in use during the summer and they would assume that the humidifier would be looked at in the fall. We made our effort and had the customer gotten yearly service this would have never happened. I am sorry for the damage, but we truly were not at fault. Jeff Keep Keep Heating & Cooling"
"This message is from Jeff Keep the owner of Keep Heating & Cooling and the review by [member name removed] is completely incorrect. We never charge for estimates, The charges she is speaking of is for a SERVICE CALL We do not put furnaces in by an hourly rate, I am not sure why someone would post something like that because it is totally false. If anyone would like an estimate I would be happy to do one for you for free and it would be a price of a completed job price, not a time and material price. If you would like a service call, The prices [member name removed] posted are correct, $45 service call $90 per hour with a half hour minimum, my techs are very talented, drive fully stocked trucks and your comfort and satisfaction is our goal. Hopefully this post gets taken down as it is slanderous"
"I went to the customers house myself to attempt to resolve the complaint and was not able to do so, sometimes sticker shock on repairs causes the heat, sometimes an employee is not running on all cylinders, but as you can see by the other reports about my company, bad workmanship or customer handling is not the norm. We give complete explanation of what charges are going to be prior to doing the work so there is no surprise when you get the invoice. If one of my tech's does bad work he will not be employed here very long. We give a 90 day workmanship warranty on all work we do, so it there is a problem after we leave, we return at no charge what so ever to the customer. I will not say we are perfect, but I can assure you we make every effort to achieve as high of a standard as possible. I hope you have a great experience with my company, if you do not please allow me the chance to resolve in a positive fashion Jeff Keep"
"I noticed this post was done from a phone interview and I see that the customers name was misspelled. His name is (Member name removed) and my company did put a furnace in for him but not prior to starting my company. My company was started in 1991...We have been in business over 20 years, (god how time flys)"
