He made a nice presentation and listened to our wants, and was flexible during the installation.   Unfortunately, we had some complaints by neighbors about vulgar language and activities during the job.  He also caused some damage to the outside of our house which he promised to repair, but never did.  During our initial discussion he kept talking about putting a sealer on after the job was finished - which he did, but surprisingly charged us over $300 to do it when I thought it was part of the job (to be fair putting on the sealer as part of the quote was not explicetly called out in the contract, but in my mind implied),   Finally, the patio had a depression in the middle which caused a puddle every time it rained which has gotten much worse over the winter and is now covering about half the patio leaving dirt and mud when it dries out.  Finally, he built a small wall that has now sagged about three inches on one end that I plan repair myself.   He also made no real effort to follow up and determine how much we liked the job.
