Chris and the apprentice, Andres? (sp) were great. Saved us hundreds of dollars because of their thoroughness. They were very transparent about the process, and did not try to simply resort to an expensive solution. Great professionalism and patience with all my questions. Thank you very much!

I received friendly, professional service from the office, to the in-home assessment and estimate, and the actual work. For me, the quote was accurate, and the work was completed by the same person who gave the estimate. Matt and Ryan were timely and efficient.

extremely professional. Not only came on time, his company actually called & said they could come in a few days ahead of schedule. Very reliable. Has excellent secretary who coordinates all work orders and makes sure the owner calls you back in a timely fashion. Added a few details free of cost. Top quality work. There was another contractor who's estimate was slightly lower, but I doubt he could have matched the quality of Jackson plumbing.

I've used them for something else once. I'd use them. They did a nice job. They're punctual and they did good quality workmanship. The price was good. Just one technician came out. They provided the faucet. They came out the next day or a day or two after. They were pretty quick.

The drain clogged on a Sunday. We called Monday morning, they were here by 10 AM. Job complete by 10:30 AM. We've used Jackson Plumbing as our sole plumbing provider for many years. These guys are pros and some of the nicest people you'll ever meet regardless of who they send out. They won't even trash talk the competition. You'd be crazy not to use these guys.

It took 2.5 days to install everything. The plumbers who came were punctual, very friendly and professional. They laid drop cloths down on my carpet and cleaned everything up each day after they were done. My tub unit installation is virtually seamless! So far, I'm very happy with the results. They let me choose exactly where I wanted the soap dish inserts to go and followed my directions perfectly. They were very good about making sure it was done just like a wanted. I will be using them again in the future whenever I need a plumber. They also gave me recommendations for furnace and carpet work when they came to give me my estimate. It took us a while to get things worked out in the beginning but only because they wanted to make sure I got just the unit I wanted. I wanted something that would last for years. I highly recommend Jackson's Plumbing to anyone!

very polite workers; clean up good; after a time, shower and floor around shower is moldy and water has gotten under flooring even after we put more "g***" around it. Not happy about that! Not happy how they finished behind sink...left some areas not attached to wall?!

"I am disappointed that this customer had never called and stated that they had any issues at all, the first I heard of an issue was this review. If it was an issue with something that we had done that was not due to neglect or a maintenance issue, I would have most likely taken care of the problem. I am not sure what is wrong with grout ? We did not do anything that would require grouting of any kind on the floor which was a vinyl floor and the shower which is fiberglass, does not require any caulking or grout either. The bathroom was taken apart because of some bad piping and not totally remodeled. There were areas of the walls that Marlite was previously installed by someone else before we started our work. The customer did not want to remove all of that Marlite and it was not possible to match what had already been installed. We did the best job that we could with the materials that were already in the room. The customer was aware that the repairs would not match or be perfect. When we had completed our work this customer had made it a point to compliment everyone from my company. I do not feel this review from the customer is fair because the project perimeters were decided by them and also they never gave me a chance if there was an issue that we were responsible for, to do a repair. Now that the problem has gone on so long and also repairs were made by others, I questions if anything could be done."

The owner visited to review my needs and provide a quote. He provided me good direction and the quoted cost was reasonable for the extent of work required. A two man work crew later came out to do the work. All interactions with Jackson Plumbing was polite, professional and to schedule. I felt comfortable working with them and have recently had them back to quote further work.

I called the next morning after the water leaked and was told someone was coming the same day. My wait wasn't too long and I was impressed with how quickly the repair was made. I was also very impressed with how professional and friendly the plumber was and the response time I was given. We weren't sure if there was a home warranty so they worked with me until I could find out. I was very satisfied with the repair and the professionalism I was shown.

The technician was very professional and had a professional demeanor. He cleaned up everything after himself; I did not have to clean up anything afterwards so that was a nice highlight. He was very friendly and I will use them again in the future.

They were great. They were awesome. They were right on time. They were very clean. They cleaned up after themselves. They were really knowledgeable. They explained everything to me. I had an unrelated issue after they left. They came back and fixed it for me. I think they were priced well. I would not use anyone else for my plumbing needs.
