The crew did the work in a very fast, efficient, through and complete manner. Afyer our first scheduled job time had to be cancelled because of a VERY SEVERE windstorm about when we had planned to do the job, they had to service others with trees on their houses or such and I completely understood why my job had to be rescheduled. When it was time, the crew showed up on time and ready to work. They were extremely professional and answered my questions, followed my instructions and were just plain great. This is the second job that J Thomas did for me in a couple of years and I will always place them first on my list when the next tree job is needed.

They were very professional and courteous. I was pleased with the workers. They cleaned up all debri removed from my tree.

The service was performed. Customer service was bad, in that, although I may be wrong, owner spoke down to me like I was an IDIOT. And even though I may have been wrong and I was an idiot he had to make sure that he pointed it out so I would say that his customer relationship was bad and he didn't need to talk down to me to prove he was right. I owned a business for forty years and even when the Customer was WRONG I still treated them with respect.

All work was done as advertised and?or quoted. Some lawn damage occurred and noted.. J. Thomas Tree Service hired a professional Landscaping Firm to repair the damage. That was done to complete satisfaction. I would hire J.Thomas Tree Service again.!

Took down one tree late in the afternoon and the next day had 2 crews and completed the job. Was professionally done in a timely manner.

I hired the J Thomas Tree Service to remove the limbs that has for years hung over my house and ruined the roof and gutters. After some initial disagreement about what needed to be done, JTTS completed the job in an exceptional way. This is a company that stands for customer service being a top priority. They have the equipment and machinery to get any and every job done; their crew works safely and well together; they didn’t leave until they knew that I was satisfied; and they clean up afterwards so you hardly knew that they were there. I can with good conscience recommend the J Thomas Tree Service and would use them again

Jake came out and gave me an estimate and told me what he would have to do. The tree had been not been taken care of properly. Even after the job, I had questions/concerns, he returned to the house took pictures and explained to me what they did and why.

Went well ~ the crew was very nice & professional, when they came they asked what I needed done, I did a walk around my yard with all of them & showed them, they later came to the door  & asked my permission to drive on my yard so they could use their shredder & they were in & out in a few hours.

They were very nice and cleaned everything up.

He's a nice guy.  He's one of my students.  They came in and they were quick and that's how helpful they are.  If things have to be done I would guarantee to call them again.

They came with all the equipment and plenty of manpower. They attacked our job very efficently and are true pro's.

I can't believe how they swing around in the trees like monkeys with chain saws. It was very interesting.

We are very pleased with them, we would recomend them to anyone.

Excellent and quick removal of trees and stumps. Very professional evaluation and advice.  Excellent communication and clear billing.  My only criticism is that they could not give me a date that they would perform their services, and when they did come it was at a very inconvenient time for me.  Other than that, they were excellent.  I will definitely be using their services again.

They're pretty good. They were very professional. They definitely knew what they were doing. Their pricing is one of the reasons why we went with them. They did a very good job.
