We recently bought a home in Erie and needed the 3 locks changed and 3 deadbolts added. They also made 6 keys. They arrived exactly when scheduled and did a great job. They were efficient and courteous. I would highly recommend them.

The deadbolt was locked on my house in Erie. I was out of town. My relative needed to get in to water my plants, but the key was lost. After phone calls from me and between the receptionist and my relative, Harry came out as scheduled. He was effecient and fast at getting the lock open and making new keys. The bill was reasonable.
I would rate Muellers as excellent.

Harry took the time to come to the house 3 times. The locks in our house are each a different type and finish. He matched the finish for each lock. He was respectful while in the house. He put down a tarp to collect most of the wood from the drilling of the doors. He was also nice to our daughter. He worked quickly. He made sure to offer to come back if any of the locks stuck. He also asked for our thoughts on how high to put one of the interior locks without prompting, as our daughter is 2.
