Carpet came in on time and was installed promptly. They did a good job.

I visited the store several times and found Doug (salesman) very pleasant to work with, though I didn't find the right carpet there for my family room. I appreciated Doug's honesty and the knowledge he shared with me concerning the carpet business. I eventually chose a carpet not found in their store, but Doug was able to obtain the same from his supplier and the Flooring Zone installed it within a week. They moved the big pieces of furniture (I had already removed the smaller items from the room), tore out (and removed) the old carpet and pad and installed the new within 2 1/2 hours. Doug and the installation team (Doug's brothers) were all professional and trustworthy. It's now been nearly a week since the work was done, and I have yet to receive a bill; though I'm not worried...they know where I live, ha, ha. I plan on using Doug's team for other rooms in our house within the next few months.
