 + -1 moreAfter comparing the prices for a Weber grill and finding them to be similar in price to the "big box" stores, i decided to go to a "home town" store. I called to be sure that my trip from the county wouldn't be wasted (gas prices are on the rise you know) and was assured that they had the model I was looking at in stock. When I arrived at the store I was told that they did not have that particular grill in stock. I inquired about the floor model - I had made a long trip and was interested in buying a grill today - they said they could not sell that item because it was a display. I said that it was not displaying anything that they had in stock and they said they would have more next Friday. I am disappointed that after being assured over the phone that they had the item in stock that this was not the case. I was further annoyed that they were not willing to accommodate me in any way.

We sell fireplaces, inserts and gas and electric log sets but we do not install or service these items. We have installers that we can recommend that are NOT in our employ.
