"Member had service from us on 2 different occasions, 4/3/12 and 6/5/12. The first service was done in our shop and totally solved his issue at the cost of $83.71 with tax. The second service was done remotely, which has a higher cost to the customer because the issue is resolved right away without bringing the computer in to us. We spent about 2 hours on the phone and via remote connection to solve the issue, that was not related to his first problem. There were calls in between the two service's that we did not charge for, they were small issues that Member admitted to clicking the wrong button and things were not working correctly and we got him back live with phone support at no charge to him as a courtesy."
