I have had them out to clean my house once. I felt that they did an adequate job. The only thing that I was not pleased with was the smell of the cleaning products that they used. It was a strong smell that lasted for days. The girl was very nice and she worked hard. I would never recommend them to people with small children because of the smell of the products. The price was reasonable. She was very nice and knowledgeable.

The crew that came were very friendly. She appeared experienced and she had to tell the gentleman that came with her what he had to do in great detail....even then, he did not complete his tasks. She did a great job but he did not. Our kitchen eat-in table, an ebony wood finish, was left with spots. Whatever chemical he used, at through the finish and the same thing happened to our Mahogeny coffee table. Our living room floor, brazillian chestnut was left spotty and i had to rewipe. He was in charge of cleaning the master bathroom and I had to go back and reclean our jacuzzi tub, still loaded with soap scum and the floors were never washed as well as the trim. The rooms that the girl had done were impeccable. After spending a $125 dollars and then had two damaged pieces of furniture and had to redo rooms (did not have time to call them back to reclean because I had company from out of town coming that night), I decided never to have them back. Our eat in table needs to be replaced and I have to keep a tablecloth on it at all times. Our coffee table needs to be refinished...all at our expense. If you hire bonded professionals to come in and clean, then you should not have to worry about wood finishes being ruined. The one thing that bothered me most, is that they did not tell me about it and I found out after they had completed their jobs. I will say once again, the girl cleaner did an incredible job.

It went very well. I called at the last minute in a panic because we had run out of time. The person who answered the phone gave me an estimate and then told me what time the could be there and I set it up. They showed up and took care of everything. It was a relief to get the cleaning off my plaet.
