From his estimate visit to cimpletiom, owner and installer Mike Parenti was on time, courteous, showed concern for my property, and demonstrated professionalism in his behavior and expertise resulting in a quality system that passed with flying colors when I sent air samples to an independent lab for testing. Mike encountered unexpected complications due 1.) to an unrelated sump pump problem which he fixed at no extra charge and 2.) cold, wind and rain that had to make the exterior portion of the job difficult and downright miserable. Mike persisted through it without one negative word.
