His attention to detail stood out. I can't even see where he did the nail holes. He is very meticulous. He quote was really low but once he got into things, it was more complicated. It increased the price from $800 to $1,200 but it really wasn't his fault. He was in the ballpark with everything else. He brought me a new caulking gun with caulking because mine broke. He was over within an hour of my call. His quality of work was exceptional.
