Auto Tires
Got a runaround that we had to have an alignment check before a warranty evaluation could be made. For dry rot-really? We made an appointment and came back. They could not made a judgment after the alignment check was done, as manager x was not in. Came back another day to see manager x, but was told that he was not there. Came back one more time and manager x said he could not decide without checking with headquarters.
At that time, I said "you win" and walked out. We got a phone call a few hours later, but already had tires from another company.
