I had an appointment at 3:30 that no one showed up for. There was no phone call until the next morning. Because they were so apologetic, I agreed to let them come to my house that day at 4:30. The man who showed up did nice work and was very polite. However, despite being in my home approximately 15 minutes, I was charged $125.00! When I questioned the charge, I was told I was being charged extra for an after hours appointment. No one told me this appointment was after hours and they were only there that late because they never showed nor called the day before! I will never use this company again and will tell everyone I know not to use this company.

They didn't have a license from the city to do the work. The work was ok.

Three man crew arrived right on time - looked over several jobs that needed to be completed - foreman assigned work out and they split up and got right at it...they worked well together and apart. Just a great experience

I wouldn't recommend them. They were unprofessional, messy and used very poor language.
