We received 3 estimates, Scott was the most reasonable, quick to respond, got the job done soon after we hired him. The work was excellent, our house looked awesome again. I would trust Daugherty's with any job as we've hired him twice for different reasons and have been completely satisfied.

We love our new roof and house siding! Scott is knowledgeable, very professional, prompt and easy to communicate with. The work done was perfect and exactly what we wanted. The employees were very skilled - expert craftmanship, professional and cleaned up daily. We were included in the process, updated and asked if we had any questions, basically made sure we were happy with the job.

Scot arrived when he said he would (quote and job), did what he said he would, and cleaned up well afterward. Better experience than the last time I had a roof replaced by a different contractor. Scot was recommended by a retired roofer I know, and I'm glad we took that advice.

Excellent! I actually started getting quotes about this job last fall and ran out of time. Scott was the only company that gave me the same price that he quoted last fall - the other companies all increased their bids at least 10 - 15%. He stopped at the house to give me the quote and explain the job and materials to me. When i was ready i contacted him, and although i expected to be 6 weeks out, it worked out in his schedule to get my roof done at about the 2 week mark. They were in and out in one day. i would definitely hire them again.

With the rain and the snow, it took them about a month to get it done. Normally, it would take them about ten days but we had on and off snow and rain. They were excellent. They cleaned up after they were done. They were there on time and left. They were late sometimes. They did a great job.

Prompt, courteous, clean.

I had previously hired them for a porch on my rental property. So when I needed a new roof on my house they were one of the first contractors I called. They gave a great price and I chose them over the other 4 estimates. They were outstanding. They scheduled it quick and I cant believe how fast they were able to get it all done. They came and got right to work. They were careful to cover all of my plants and bushes around the house. They had the roof off in no time, they got it done quick. They chimney, roof and seamless gutters look amazing! They cleaned up so well you would not even know they were there. My neighbors even commented on how quick and clean they worked. I would recommend them to anyone!!!! I will definitely call them for future work. They are priced competitively and the work speaks for itself!

I called for an estimate and they were prompt with scheduling. Estimate was one of the best so hired for job. Was scheduled quickly. The work was done fast and great! The workers were professional and cleaned up area well. They were courteous and worked diligently. The work was outstanding. It does not even look like my porch. They had to fix rotten wood from bad windows. The wood was all replaced, as well as 14 double hung windows. Also replaced screen door and wrapped the outside wood so I would not have to worry about rot for may years to come. I would highly recommend them and will call them for future needs.

I had some vinyl siding that came off during a windstorm and needed it re-installed. I found this contractor on Angies list and after reading the reviews, decided to give them a try. They were courteous and friendly and responded promptly. They stopped to look at the job and gave me an estimate the same day. They performed the repair when promised and did a reasonably good job, although there is one piece of siding that looks like it could have been secured better. Overall, I would contact them again if I had other repairs or work to be done.

After he replaced the roof it leaked afterward.

When I hired Scott I told him that I didn't know a lot about roofs. but I did know that if they leak it was usually from the flashing area. I told him I wanted all the flashing replaced. He did not replace any of the flashing, and it leaked in 2 places. He came and gooped caulk in the area. I sued him in small claims court and won the case, but he refuses to pay!
