They have done a number of jobs at my parent's house. They have been very easy to work with, efficient and both my parents and I are very pleased with the quality of the work. I will continue to use them.

They are TERRIFIC!!! they are going to be doing a lot more work for me. They have great ideas to inexpensively repair things instead of replacing them. Their work is excellent and they are wonderful to work with; very helpful. I would enthusiastically recommend them.

All expectations met.

First of all, Emily never worked the 4 hours each time she cleaned. Sometimes she left after 3 hours and sometimes she left after 2-1/2 hours. When I told her, she said that she just finished everything in 3 hours. When I checked around the house, I found that the bathroom floor was not washed and the tub still had scum on it. She re-caulked our tub for us and that was a separate job, which we paid for. The tub and tile are white and yet she used gray caulking and denied that it was gray. She said that she knew how to do it, but yet left many places on the tub and tile that were not cleaned up after the job was done. In other words, it was a very sloppy job. I would not recommend Emily to any of my friends.

The personnel was the nicest guy. He did his job very well.

Smooth from start to finish

I called for some gutter repair. It took two days for them to come out, but that was fine. He came out on Saturday and called me with the estimate. Once I agreed, he actually did the repair on the spot! What a wonderful surprise. He also suggested a full gutter cleaning and his wrote was so good that I agreed. The work was supposed to be done the next week when his schedule opened up. Imagine my surprise the next day when they called to see if they could clean them that day. A huge storm was coming and they wanted to make sure it was cleaned beforehand. I am so impressed with them. Derrick is great! I've already asked for additional bids from them on some other jobs.

Emily showed up and went to work right away. in the course of cleaning she asked if I was satisified with the jobs so far. I was. Also wanted to know in what order I wanted the work performed and she did as i instructed. Emily brought her own tools of the trade and cleaners and vacume. I also had her repair some holes in the walls( kitchen and my sons room) to make it easier for the painting that I going to have done to be started. I was very pleased with her and the work she did for me and I would reccommend her to my family and friends.
