Snow Plowing - Poor - They do not show up when really needed and show up repeatedly when there is little need for their services. During the winter of 2012-2013 with one major snowfall, they did not show up at all and reported that they were unable to get to the development due to road conditions. My wife made it home with a 10 year old front wheel drive car.
Mulching - Minimal poor quality product that is gone in two months.
Lawn Care - The mowing is inconsistent and we have suffered damage that was never acknowledged by the crew or the management.
Customer Service - We had damage to our egress window and some of our planting beds. They also ignored an obviously newly planted area and left equipment tracks in the soft ground. When we contacted the company, they simply ignored our complaint. They later reported that someone had come to look at the damage but no one was home. While it is possible that we were away, no one from the Company ever called to tell us they were coming. I would not have been offended if they simply showed up but a professional organization would have at least called to see if we would be home; a really professional organization would have made an appointment with us to review the problems.
Our decision/solution. . . we told them to stop mowing and did it ourselves.
