THE SALE OF THE HOUSE WAS NOT WITHOUT OBSTACLES THAT POPPED UP UNEXPECTEDLY.
THERE WERE PROBLEMS WITH THE HOME INSPECTION AND SOME OF THE CLEANING AND REPAIRS.
KIRK, OUR CALDWELL AGENT WORKED DILIGENTLY AND WE WERE ABLE TO COME UP WITH QUICK
AND EFFECTIVE SOLUTIONS TO ELECTRICAL, PLUMBING, HEATING ISSUES ETC. THIS ALLOWED US TO RELOCATE OUT OF STATE WHILE HE SET UP THE SALE OF THE PROPERTY WHICH WE WERE PLEASED WITH THE OUTCOME OF.
