Work was performed on time in a professional manner. Kevin is excellent at returning phone calls and addressing concerns. He even followed up with me to make sure everything was satisfactory after the install.

The natural cherry cabinets are of very high quality. They have been I my kitchen for about two years and have held up very well. As I stated above Chardon did a complete kitchen design and we ended up buying from the installer. I thought their design was very well done and they were very professional.

They did a great job. The communication was great, they kept in contact with me. They all worked very well with us and it is a very nice kitchen. It is high end work, but they did a fine job.

They were not pushy, which was great because I was in a panic mode. My house was damaged and I didn’t need somebody pressurizing me to do something that I didn’t want to do in my kitchen. They were very easy to deal with at that time. Basically, I got exactly what I wanted without any pressure. When they made suggestions, they always did so for my benefit rather than for their business. It was very nice of them to consider my situation, wherein I didn’t need a pushy sales pitch. There were few problems with certain installations, but they fixed them right away. Whenever I had to call them and ask any question, they were always very prompt about answering them.
