HORRIBLE!! We were GOUGED for $17,000 for clearing 3 parking lots during December. This was our 1st experience with this Company (& the last!). We used another snow removal company in the past, and the TOTAL we spent for any winter season was $5,000. They charged us $1400 in one day!!rincipal,
