"Thank you for the great review. We really appreciate it!"
"I am just now seeing this review. Haven't been on here in quite sometime. Thank you so much for the awesome review. We really appreciate your business!"
"I do not see anywhere in our Quickbooks system where we did work for you. I looked up both your name and address and have nothing on my Quickbooks file. I also googled the house and the owner doesn't recall every being at that property. Then I looked in my computer to see if we had done an estimate for you and nothing shows. Please give me a call to discuss this. I think you may have the wrong company in mind. My phone number is 814-898-2677, and my name is Julie."
A+++ for this company. Highly recommend.

However, the one thing I didn't anticipate were the deep ruts in my yard from the skid but it couldn't be helped. When I inquired about fixing them, I was informed that there would be an additional charge to haul in dirt. I decided to wait on that since I will be contracting to landscape along the new privacy fence next year---I will just have them do everything all at once. But if you are asking for an initial quote, you may want to consider the cost of yard restoration as well if they need to use a skid. I hadn't thought of that at the time of my quote. But the final cost of the job came in as quoted.
Overall, I am very pleased with their work and I won't hesitate to talk to them when it comes time to landscape the new fence.
"The complaint you had was responded to multiple times. We charged you $75.00 to trim your front bushes, which is less than our minimum charge for coming to trim bushes, but because you were a mowing customer we gave you a break. We then offered you to only pay $50.00, and that still wasn't good enough. At that point we received no payment so we wrote the bill off, and at the end of the day you got your bushes trimmed for free. As far as plowing, the only day that we came to your property twice was on 2/20/2013. The time the snow falls dictates when we come out to plow. The only time we come out during the day is when the snowfall accumulation warrants us coming out. We automatically come out at 2-3 inches of accumulation. The majority of snowfall in Erie happens at night. I am sorry if you were not happy with our service, but we did everything in our power to accommodate your wishes."
wanted a landscaper to mow every week, they mowed 1 wk , I agreed to the price, wanted them to landscape front remove shrubs from side of garage....they mowed 1 wk....2nd wk , a no show, never got back to me with estimate....sent me bill for 1 wk of services. l lost faith in that company....!!! I got an estimate on a Monday , he said a couple of days to get back to me, I had to call Friday, they said Monday theyd know.
All I got was a bill, and they left me hanging.....??????

"I am very sorry for the communication error on our part. If you would have called the office and spoke with me it would have been handled differently. If I don't know there is a problem I can't fix it. Unfortunately the job they were working on ran over by a few days. They should have been in better contact with you. He did call and say they could do it next week, but you said you would get someone else to do the job. I completely understand your frustration and apologize."
We're going to have additional work in the spring (much topsoil to be removed due to Ph from Hemlock trees, levelling, new lawn, paver seating area and walk, ornamental trees) and wanted to remove the remains from stump grinding of two large trees (as they decompose) and wanted to fill the mess and stabilize the area. I asked about grass planting, etc., and we agreed the grass wouldn't do very well due to the lateness of the season. (I'll plant some sort of grass and get what I get until it will be all removed in the spring.)
Although I was at work, when I came home, the job was all finished except for cleanup which was being done. Equipment included two hard working laborers, a pickup/trailer and a skid steer, plus whatever they used to remove grinds and deliver dirt (that had already been done when I got home).
The results? The area (20'x10' ish) is now flat and level, and ready for my temporary grass planting. Cleanup was extremely thorough, all debris removed from our yard and adjacent neighbor's driveway, and they even used a leaf blower and removed remaining chips from neighbors driveway (most of which were from tree removal, not their work)! Excess dirt on street leaf blown and swept.
Happy? YES! Can't wait until winter planning of next step!
"Thank you so much for the wonderful review! Looking forward to working with you in the future."
