Went very well one they got started. Due to his having personnel leave and then having to re-hire additional people, the start time on the job got pushed back. Nothing he could have foreseen.

The guy is responsive to emergency call, and he is extremely knowledgeable about the situation. He is very helpful with his suggestions, there is nothing I dislike with this company.

Bob's experience and expertise resulted in a successful restoration of two ceiling lights. He obtained the necessary parts prior to his arrival to ensure the job was accomplished in a timely fashion.

He was very quick. As soon as I called, we set something up. The next day, he came up with couple of guys. He checked out. He was thorough. He didn't get on my way. It was a good experience all around. He seemed very trustworthy. He was honest. He didn't try to oversell anything. When I said what I was looking for; he would suggest me if that would be too expensive and tried to find ways to make it right, but to keep the cost down. I would use him in the future too.

Very well, our house is old so they had to work in akward places like low attic and getting past log beams in basement.
