The service came and looked at the evidence of the wasps, identified the species immediately and determined that the infestation was no longer active. advised us to continue to observe for activity and call them back if necessary. Despite extensive searching, there was no charge for their service.

Everything has been fine. They took care of the problem. I know one time when we called them for a problem they didn't even do anything, but they gave us advice and they didn't charge us.
