Bianchi Honda

The oil changes were like $20. I am actually due for another. It was by an appointment, so there wasn’t any waiting time. They explained everything and were professional.

Our Honda has a 100 month battery that has died we only have 36 months use on the battery. It was from a Honda dealer in Florida. We wanted the battery replaced. The cost was going to be over $200.00. First we had to produce the receipt, which we don't have, but they would NOT check with the dealer records in Florida. We were informed that they would have to run a diagnostic at the cost of $90.00, then the battery would be pro-rated, so not really a 100 month full replacement as I expected. Left with the car running.went to an auto parts store, they ran a diagnostic, found that the battery was just dead, they replaced the battery and we received a lifetime warranty. This was without the attitude from the sales rep. I will continue to use our Florida Honda service department but when in Erie I will now find someone else to service our van. So sad since other members of our Erie family have always used Bianchi.

They are fine. They do what you ask them to do, and they are fairly on time. I haven't had any problems. The cost was what they had told us it would be.

It went well. I had an early a.m. appointment and didn't expect to be there quite so long but when they discovered the front brakes were and quot;frozenand quot; the tech explained the work that needed to be done, the approximate length of time and cost. The rear brakes would need to be serviced soon so it was suggested I do it while I was there. This sounded good to me as I live about 23 miles away and don't relish the trip to Upper Peach St.. We purchased our 2010 CRV new from Bianchi and so far have been pleased with their service and personnel. I do feel confident that my vehicle is in good hands.

Appointment time was met. Not oil changes but far and away the best dealer I have ever dealt with. Waiting for service was minimal. Waiting had amenities.

I haven't had any problems with them and everything always goes smoothly. I wish it's a little bit easier to get appointments and that's my only complaints. He kind of pretty thorough and tight on appointment time. In terms of making appointments, they're not the always the friendliest. The guys that worked on the car were actually friendly and super nice. When I show up for my appointment, they are always on time.

I like the atmosphere there and they are friendly.

They have won national awards for customer service. They are a great I love the free cookies and coffee but seriously, I have been going there for 5 years and never had an issue.

I liked the clear explanations we get from them. I like that the work comes in on estimate or under it. I like that they have been honest in saying that certain repairs could be done cheaper else where. I think their pricing is fair.

We have never had a problem with them. The staff is responsive and friendly. We never have a long wait time.

The service was good. I had no complaints. They showed up on time, and they took me right in. I was out of there in a minimal amount of time. I have been there several times. I don't have any issues with them.
