Their spaciousness stands out. It's clean, not too crowded and I like it. I'm giving them an overall rating of a "B" only because they lack a pool and natural light, but I do think it's a good gym.

I was a member of Best Fitness for 2 years when I decided to cancel my membership because I have a gym at my office that I am allowed to use for free. My husband is still a member and I asked him to cancel my portion of our membership. They told him that he wasn't allowed and that I had to go in myself even though the membership was in both of our names. I found this to be very annoying since I do not have a lot of time and usually have my infant daughter with me. They would not make any exceptions and would not let me do this by mail. I had to go in myself with my daughter and they told me my papers would be ready. When I arrived the gentlemen who said he would have everything ready was not there and my documents were not ready to sign. I had to wait for about 10 minutes until someone else came out to help me. At that point, I had to explain once again why I had to cancel. The gentlemen (who I am sure was just doing his job) was then trying to convince me to stay. I explained once again that I have a full service gym at my work that I am allowed to use for free. He continued to try to convince me all while my daughter was getting very fussy and antsy. I asked him very politely if I could just sign the documents to cancel. After another few minutes of trying to and quot;selland quot; me on staying he finally obliged and had me fill in the necessary documents.

It's a nice atmosphere and the trainers are good. I've used a couple of trainers. They have a good selection of equipment and the locker rooms are nice and clean.

They draw from your credit card monthly and it is pretty inexpensive. It is convenient to me, it is clean, they have plenty of equipment, and it isn’t overcrowded. People are friendly and it satisfies what I need to do for my exercises. The drawback is that there is no sauna, whirlpool, or swimming pool.
