"we regret this customer is not satisfied . I have said many times , the customer satisfaction is the most important thing. we had some challenges going into this job. part of the job was a outside overhead crane that was electrified with 230 constants volts of electricity that could not be completely shut off. prior to doing the job we spoke of these concerns. the customer would not comply with our safety recommendations, we were forced to leave a small area unpainted at the top of a 25 f.t eye beam. this section was a 4 inch peace THIS IS ROBERT BERRY OWNER OF BERRY PAINTING.
