Mike in sales was great to work with. He did everything to make sure we got our carpet really quick. The installers were 'ok'. Two younger guys that were really chatty with each other, sometimes loud, and they really didn't seem to care what they said. Helped themselves to my restroom which wasn't ok in my book. But, I do realize that good workers are hard to find and it could've been alot worse. I'm happy with the whole process even though I already stepped on a tack strip nail poking through.......

It went very well. They're very dependable. They care about following up on the quality of their work. I'm very pleased with Baumann Brothers Carpetowne. Their price is competitive with the other places we've visited.

We have used Carpetowne for almost all of the rooms in our house over the past 4 years. They are absolutely wonderful and very reasonably priced. From the estimate to the finished product they do a great job. I love the selection of carpet they have too. If you are looking for a remnant they are definitely the place to go.
