Deana was very friendly and helpful in assisting us to be able to purchase a difficult to locate 36 in electric coil cooktop. She was able to get this shipped out to us. We really like our new cooktop (much better than our cracked glass cooktop).

THE STORE ADVERTISED THAT THE COUCH WAS ON SALE FOR 50% OFF THE MSRP, BUT WHEN YOU GOT ON LINE AND WENT TO THE LAZY BOY WEB SITE THE PRICE THEY HAD FOR THE MSRP WAS THE SO CALLED SALE PRICE. ALWAYS GO TO THE MANUFACTURERS WEB SITE TO CHECK OUT THE REAL PRICE.
