Animal Kingdom Pet Hospital

Regardless of the reason for our visits, we are always treated respectfully by everyone. The staff at the desk, the technicians and the veterinarians are friendly, informative and very kind. The technicians all remember our dog and great him by name as soon as we walk in. He loves coming here for nail trims (whereas he would get stressed out at other places.) The veterinarians take their time to go over all information I need to know and I never feel rushed. When my dog needed surgery that couldn't be performed at their facility, they made sure I was completely informed on everything I needed to know and the referring hospital (out of town) was just as amazing as Animal Kingdom. Anytime we bring our dog in to be seen for something besides routine care, we always receive a follow up call within a day or two to check in and see how he is doing and if I have any questions. I will always recommend this office to anyone who has pets!

They do a very nice job at Animal Kingdom. The staff knows what they're doing and they really care about the animals. Dr. Jenny Grimshaw is amazing. The other vets we've used were great too (also at their sister location Animal Ark). The only downsides are that you usually have a decent wait even after you go back to the exam room. Also, they are kind of pricey. But in this case I don't mind spending the money because the quality is so high.

I took her in, she was examined, the vet and I discussed the situtation. Being in good health, I thought we should continue with proper reasonable treatment. Fortunately, she turned out fine and I took her home that evening and kept an eye on her for the next few days.
We've been using this practice for 9 yrs on the recommendation of friends. We've been treated with respect, every question patiently explained, repeatedly if needed. Our multiple animals have been treated with care by people who genuinely love animals.The staff are thorough and professional. Other reviews have expressed that the practice seemed high priced. Vet medicine has advanced rapidly and technology isn't cheap. While they might seem high at times, they've been trustworthy and honest with me. The last 2 places we used WERE high and I didn't feel I was being dealt with honestly.

Vets are very caring here. They took time out when they were closing to see my dog for an emergency when she cut her leg open on a Saturday afternoon. Receptionists are very nice, and they get you in and out very quick. All of the vets were very knowledgeable. Helped out with some sample meds when my dog was in and out of the vets for some issues she had early on. Down side is that they do push some services that I think are not needed. I think this is becoming the norm in vets these days though. Overall I would definitely reccomend this vet office, and I wish I could go back from the one I am currently at!

For the most part, we have been very pleased with the care provided by Animal Ark. They have allowed us to obtain prescription medications through a pet pharmacy which has saved alot of money. However, it does seem that over the last few years Animal Ark has gotten so large that they are becoming impersonal. No longer is our dog greeted like a valued member of our family when we visit the facility but like just another dog coming through their doors :-(

Very well. I opted for just a technician appointment, which if the tech had seen anything that needed a doctor, then we would have seen the veterinarian. The appointment went quickly. I waited in the lobby for about 5 minutes. The technicians are always very kind, caring, and respectful. I went out to pay the bill and to purchase prescription food for my cat. I have been using this veterinarian group for over 3 years and have always been pleased.

We take them there quite often. I just love them. They have helped us with many dogs. They are very compassionate. When it has gotten to the point that they needed to end their lives they have been ever so helpful and compassionate.

The staff knew I was coming and had a room available to me immediately. The tech comforted me and gave us a blanket for my cat to lie on. We took care of all the paperwork and payment in the room before the vet came in so I didn't have to go into the general waiting room and pay after my pet's death. The vet came in and reassured me that I was doing the right thing. She gave my cat a shot to really relax her and gave me time alone with her. After around 5 or 10 minutes she came back in and gave her the shot that would end her life. She was wonderful, comforting, reassuring. I left and they took care of the rest of the process. I do feel they are overpriced and push for tests to be done. You have to be firm with them about what you will and won't do, but they are excellent and I entrust all of my pets to their care exclusively.
