Contractor came and gave estimate day he was called 5/4/2009. Discussed work to be done, estimate given, agreed on price, given deposit and told us he would complete job within two weeks. Called at 8:30AM on 5/13/09 arrived about 10:30AM with several laborers. Worked independently but did tell us one side of roof needed replaced and he could do that today for an additional $ 1700.00. I feel he should have climbed-up and looked at roof during estimate instead of trying to extend job on day of initial project. Did take some "short-cuts" like running boiler vent thru access panel also we noticed light leaking through roof. We notified contractor and he repaired prior to rain leaking-in.
