Roofing
On recommendation from friend, whom I trust, I hired Art Morris. We studied the problem together and decided the second roof was the best answer. He started the work close to immediately. He hired a young man during the construction. Since most of the workers were older, the young man had to do nearly 100% of the hauling of heavy materials to the roof. He was criticized for being slow in putting on shingles - but he was doing the work correctly. Mocked and criticized, he finally quit. After wards, he told me about the drugs and alcohol. As I said above, the ice remains a problem.
