Description of Work: The roof was leaking in our historical downtown office. I called three contractors for estimates to repair our slate roof. Two suggested removing the roof, quoting prices over $15,000. A.W. Farrell Roofing, came, looked at the roof, explained our problem and said it needed a simple patch. This was performed over 10 years ago for the total price of approximately $300. The roof has not leaked since. We call them periodically for inspections of the slate and rubber roof. A.W. Farrell is honest, works quickly, responds immediately. Highly recommended - call them first.
