been over 2 weeks and they never even contacted me. maybe they do good work- but i never will know guess they don't need the business! i wouldn't waste your time contacting them...

They were a pleasure to work with. I will absolutely use them again. The were accommodating, honest and their price was very competitive. I'm deciding now,in fact, to have them replace my roof.

Worked with insurance company they did an excellent job and returned to inspect the work that was done.

When trying to follow up they never contacted us. Later on we found videos on YouTube that they made themselves that were not real. Also, their company is based out of a residential home which was way weird.

It went great, they were super detailed showed us samples of roofing, recommended colors, they did a detailed drawing of the new porch.  Everything went exactly as the plans and the timeline.  Perfect job,

A lousy place to get something done.  Way back in the corner under the deck.  Removed and replaced rotten cedar siding that had caused water damage.  Don't know how he managed it but he did it.

My experience with Zimmerman Exteriors Inc. was great. I've used them in the past. They give fair quotes and prices. They're always on time and do the job that they quote. They came out another time to give me a quote. When they were here for the quote, they put in a patch for free to hold my roofing until I could get it fixed. I thought that was a decent thing to do, so I gave them the job. I called them again, when I needed other help.

The estimates were detailed and thoroughly explained (via several phone calls and emails), questions were answered on a timely basis, and they were very responsive when contacted. They were not the lowest bid, but since they were able to do all of the work (roofing and structural) themselves and the quality of their work appeared to be excellent, we chose them to do our project. They worked with us to bring the cost down and were creative in how they approached the project; they also patiently answered my many questions. Their workers were prompt, friendly, and courteous, and the job site was kept exceptionally clean. They worked carefully around our foundation plantings, deck, patio and other obstructions, and even willingly moved our internet microwave receiver on the roof several times. Their attention to detail and emphasis on quality materials matched my own, and we were very pleased with their work. I would highly recommend them to anyone interested in having exterior work done on their home, and I will definitely contact them for future work on our home.

An initial downpayment was required,then a gap of a few weeks was scheduled until the work could done. Once work started (to schedule), the scope of work on the roof was quickly done with no issues.

He was prompt to come, when he said he was going to be there. He was also quick and was able to give details about the services they provide and different options that we could consider and finally he also sent us the estimates through mail.

First, Zimmerman Exterior came on time. The company was very polite and the areas they worked in were kept spotless. Each day I came home, I never had to clean up after them. Everything was clean and in order, but yet my house was transformed. There was a bad storm that destroyed a lot of my home. I had called many places, but i liked the mannerisms, and the fact they stayed on top of their service even after their estimate that was presented to me. From start to finish it was a total of three days. They had plenty of man power to complete the job in just three days. I am very pleased, happy, and satisfied.

Howie gave us a solid quote. Answered all of our questions. We had a great roof installed by a great and polite crew. While scheduled for 3 days...good weather and hard work let the crew get finished in two.
A damaged sextion of spouting (occurred during the re-roofing) was professionally installed.
The roof is beautiful and is rock solid with a lifetime warranty.

As I stated above the original call was for an estimate and no work was done because he could not see where the water was coming in and would not repair anything until he was sure where it was coming in and then repairs could be made.

I would recommend them, they were class A.  I had them take the roof off down to the plywood and then put a new paper and shingles on.  They cleaned up at the end of every day, you didn't even know they were here. They were on time and the crew worked from the time they got here.  They took their breaks then cleaned up at the end of the day and left.  They were a real good crew to work with.  Their price wasn't middle of the road.

I found them on Angie's List. They did a very good job, were timely and got the job done relatively quickly. I was pleased with the service; they were exceptional at keeping everything cleaned up such as not finding any nails or debris around the house when the job was done. I will use them again in the future.

After a nasty hail storm came through with golf ball sized hail, several contractors were posting sign all over the place offering their services for the damage repairs. We chose Zimmerman Exteriors based on their simple mailings and professional website. I have been extremely happy we did. Howie came out and inspected our home, finding several area damaged by the hail that were not always obvious. He explained the damages, took pictures, and provided them for us to give to our insurance agent. He worked with our adjustor to make sure all the damage was explained and clarified any issues. I must say that the process took a while and Zimmermans was very patient throughout the whole time. They even suggested other companies that could do the work when the insurance adjuster needed additional estimates. We were most pleased by the professionalism of the guys who actually came out to do the work. Because of the extent of the damage, three different groups came out to do repairs (roof, gutter, window). Each and every person who came to our home was polite and professional. They worked neatly and quickly. As I had the opportunity to see many different contractors in action in our neighborhood doing similar repairs, the difference between Zimmermans and the rest was remarkable. There was no roofing trash littering our house for days. There was no cursing or screaming or arriving late in the day and staying late into the night to "catch up". They arrived early, worked quickly, and when they left each night you could hardly tell they had been there. We have remarked to ourselves several times how lucky we were to have chosen Zimmermans over another competitor. I would happily recommend and use Zimmerman Exteriors in the future. Our home looks like it was never damaged in the first place (and possibly a little shinier than before). I would suggest that whoever contacts them do so through email when possible. They were always polite and helpful, but were obviously very busy. We found we got quicker responses to questions when we corresponded by email.
