It went exactly as I had hoped.  They actually finished in 1 long day, and I assumed it would take at least 2.  As I said above, I really do recommend having Greg come to your house to give you a quote and discuss the project early on in the process, because he has some really good ideas on how to do things maybe differently than you would have considered.

Everything was perfect, The Pro's kept their estimated time to complete the job and were very friendly and professional. We are so happy with our new bathroom and will be hiring them for more projects in the future!

I was actually very pleased with their service. They installed a bathroom for me and they did an excellent job. They are very professional and they took good care of my home on the process, not damaging anything and keeping it clean. They are also very communicable with me.

The owner is really easy to work with and had some ideas and their workmanship is good. We actually plan to use them again for a deck remodel.

Owner came and gave estimate and was very accomodating to my time schedule. Cleaning performed was satisfactory. There is nothing I could add to work that was done. Very professional in all personal contact and eager to please.. Overall a pleasure to do business with. Have had cleaning done 3 times to date.

This was a reconstruct (from an August water leak in the kitchen). Most of the work was paid by insurance check and part of it out of pocket (as I had them do other work which tied in). The only apptmt that Greg was on time for was the first one. I requested the estimate by mail, as I don't have a working printer. He promised I would receive it by week's end. At the end of 2 weeks, having heard nothing, I emailed him. He wrote back saying that his wife had mailed it to me on Tues of the previous week; but that he wasn't sure -- maybe she mailed it to someone else!? So he emailed the estimate. Long story short: Although the estimate for the insurance part came in under the insurance appraisal and the estimate for the extra work was reasonable, the final bill on the original contract was several hundred dollars over that (I felt obligated because the materials had been purchased) and the contract had been printed with a printer that needed ink; he didn't want to do what I wanted, so that cost me another several hundred; the work took 1 week and I had to call them back to finish it plus remove their construction trash. They also used my cleaning tools to clean up; including a tupperware bowl to clean the paint brush. For one appointment, he promised a phone call on a Monday to set an apptmt for that Wednesday; Friday came and I never heard from him. I called and left a message. Someone called back to say he had to go out of town for an emergency reconstruct job. Two weeks after "completion" of the job, there was another leak under the kitchen sink, from the hole in the disposal which they neglected to plug after removing the output hose from the dishwasher. At that same time, I discovered that the sheet vinyl on the floor where the new dishwasher will go was not affixed to the sub-flooring. When I called to ask if they could come to finish that, I was told that yes, in his spare time.

A + experience overall we are satisfied with the work, communication, and the price of the entire project!

The project went really well. Greg came and gave us an estimate. His proposal was very fair and detailed. After we agreed to go with this company, he came back to get our color selections. He was very patient as I took a long time to make up my mind with the color selections. He was great and added input when asked. He gave me a date that the project would start and he started on that day , brighter and early. The job took a few days. Greg and his men were very professional and clean. The job turned out really well. My husband and I couldn't be happier. A few weeks later, we had Greg come back to install carpeting in our family room. He brought over some samples. We picked one and in a little over a week our carpet was installed. Greg and his staff are great. We would recommend them to anyone.
