The this company does very high quality work. From removing the old deck to installing the posts in the ground to completion of the deck, everything was done to my satisfaction (and I am a perfectionist!). The design team worked with my special circumstances that involved having to have a part of the deck removable for gas line access. On site, Calvin further improved on that with an ingenious design. They answered any question that came up and were open to my suggestions. They were courteous, neat and organized, on time, and detail oriented. I highly recommend Stumps Decks.

Finally set aside enough money to do a deck project on my home. I've unfortunately learned over the last year of large projects that you absolutely get what you pay for with contractors. I'm handy, I do most everything myself, so taking the plunge with contractors is a difficult thing for me to do. I don't have the time, nor energy, to do large projects like a deck, so did some research. Found Stump's. From the very beginning of the project, I was impressed. Responsive to emails, estimate wasn't pushy, gave me options with explanations to why one options was better or worse, and since I'm an idiot with colors and such, they even offered me guidance there. Sold me. I went with a very large deck as I am not planning on ever expanding my home with more rooms and like being outside. Calvin and his crew were excited through the whole project and were very professional. Calvin even took some time to answer my overly interested questions on how the deck is attached to the home, I was basically making sure they did it right. If I'm paying someone to do something I can do, I want to make sure it's how I'd do it, and they passed with flying colors. I felt very comfortable during the whole project, never had to worry that they were doing something wrong, they cleaned up fully, there are no nails or screws in the yard that I have to worry about stepping on, etc. I mean top-notch people to have do work around your home. I can't say enough good things about Stump's, the deck is so solid it doesn't even move if I walk around it TRYING to make it flex. It looks awesome and I am extremely happy I went with them for this project. There's a reason they have 5-star reviews on Google, give them a call and let them show you what they can do, you'll be impressed.

People arrived on time & completed on schedule. Efficient removal of old deck & beautiful installation of new deck. My installer lead, Jerry. went 'above and beyond' to insure I was satisfied! I am recommending Stumps to my Daughter for the deck she plans to replace in the near future.

Our experience with Stump's Quality Decks was fantastic! All staff were a delight to work with, very professional, very punctual and our cumaru deck is all that we wanted it to be. We loved seeing the 3D renditions of the plans, choosing the one we liked best, and having it all fit within our proposed budget. All the guys were wonderful, everything about them! They even worked around a special schedule we needed with other construction going on at the same time. We get a lot of nice complements on the deck, too. We are so very happy we found this company and would absolutely recommend them to anybody wanting great work at a great price.

When it comes to decks they are at the for front of technology, they built a great deck 20 by 26 ft with architectural details. They finished the deck under 6 days. I was impressed with the professionalism, the carpenters made sure their work was in tact. They did a very nice job.
