after calling twice lee smucker finally came out and didn't even go up on the roof but told me nothing was wrong with the roof.
then I called zephyr Thomas home improvement company in Lancaster and they came out and said I have a major problem and should replace the roof. I also purchased the extended warranty through certainteed but starting to have doughts they will step up to the plate and fix the problem. I'm probably going to call my attorney and seek legal action. Do yourself a favor and don't use smucker and sons or certainteed shingles. Smucker has a 5 year limited warranty on there workmanship and materials after that don't expect any help whatsoever. They got there money what do they care.
