Contractor left a 4-inch gap in one of the corners.  We called the issue to the attention of our builder who contacted the contractor.  They replied to the builder that the gap was repaired.  Their ?repair? consisted of covering the area with dirt.  We dug away the dirt and found the gap still existed.  They lied about correcting the problem (which they later repaired with a patch of wrap and tar).  Another issue arose with the Delta wrap pulling away from the top mold-strip.  This required numerous calls from our builder to get the contractor out to the home to correct this problem.  We later discovered a hole in the concrete foundation just outside the garage which was allowing water to enter the garage.  We contacted the builder who issued a service order for the contractor to inspect and repair the hole.  That was four months ago and we are still waiting for the contractor to make an appearance.  Note that this contractor is and has been working several jobs within our development and all less that a ¼-mile from our home.
