Description of Work: Hired to sand 575 sq. ft. of 60 year old oak flooring. Under bid job. Did not finish on time. Refused to do final sanding and third coat of poly without further payment. They told us the rough texture after two coats was normal and they were finished. |We paid them full bid $. Realizing they wouldn't do a good job on final finish, we just wanted them out. We then hired a professional: "Galebach's Floor Finishing" who squeezed us into their schedule at the last minute for a final sanding and top coat. When they left, the floor looked great despite the slightly wavy sanding by the (Un)Reasonable Remodeling team. Lesson learned: Don't hire generalists for specialized work. If they are jack of all trades, they are master of none.

 + -1 moreThey were awesome, reasonable and prompt. They cleaned up and were perfectionists. They did additional work for me and were great at that. They are old fashioned in that they do little things too; a lot of places don't want to do that; they do everything unlike other contractors today. I will use them again in the future.
