Miller Home Group

Jason and Miller Home Group, so many great things to say about them. If we could give more than five stars in this review we would, and we mean it. We were first-time major-home-renovation homeowners when beginning the search for a company/contractor to renovate our basement, and after the first round of receiving quotes from several other places, we almost gave up. We decided to look again and received a few more quotes, and what set Miller Home Group (MHG) apart from all others was Jason’s vision and ability see a layout that we could not see ourselves. I think this is the most important thing other potential clients of MHG need to hear...all of the other companies listen to our ideas and gave us a pricing… that’s it…no new ideas, no excitement. Jason’s vision, alone, is a value no other company is offering.

We recently completed our basement project with Miller Home Group, and it was hands-down our best contractor experience to date. Despite initial reservations from past encounters, Jason and Jonathan consistently exceeded our expectations. Their transparent quoting process provided a fair price, devoid of unnecessary inflation. Throughout the project, they demonstrated exceptional professionalism, integrity, and genuine care for our needs. Any issues that arose were promptly addressed and resolved. The end result? We got exactly what we wanted – a beautifully finished basement – and a positive experience to boot. A welcome change from past frustrations. We wholeheartedly recommend Miller Home Group. Their honesty, expertise, and dedication have earned our trust and enthusiasm. We've already shared our positive experience with friends and family.

The people from Miller were very friendly and communicative, and apparently helpful at the beginning of our project, but the quality of the work, the cleanliness of the job site and the follow up when things went wrong With improperly installed plumbing in the basement afterwards was terrible. We ended up with both functional and cosmetic issues with their work, and I would not recommend that anyone let them into their home for a remodelling project.

The work done was what I would rate high quality. the only suggestion I will make is " wear shoe covering socks to prevent soiling of the carpets in the house from tracked in soil."

A long delay and an unnecessary protocol. Paid deposit since March and work has not been started

Not started work yet but great customer service and communication. Plans , schedule etc are online so easy to manage.
