MARTIN APPLIANCE

Everything went very well.  We were having a lot of other things done to the kitchen and they cordinated well with the other people.  We are very pleased with them and the appliances.  We shopped around at a lot of other stores and are very glad we chose them.  I would highly recommend them and use them for any future appliance needs.

They come when they are supposed to come. They do what you expect them to do and they backup what they do. I bought the water heater which is something brand new and there was something wrong with it. They gave me the manufacturer’s number and it was a warranty repair. The manufacturer sent the porch to me and when they arrived, I called Martin Appliance and they did the install. They are just fantastic.

The installers from Martin's Appliance arrived at our cottage on time and removed the old refrigerator and oven in effortless fashion. They installed the new appliances without any disturbance to connecting counter tops or cabinets. I would nightly recommend this family business for anyone in the market for an appliance.

I would recommend the equipment, the only problem I had was the individual service man.  He was not professional.  I did report him.  I have off white ceramic floor and he came up to check the water and I had to mop the floor from the dirt that was drug up from the basement.  When I was in the business we put booties on.  This service guy was terrible, but the equipment and manager were fine.  The other service guy that came out to finish, because I wouldn't let him finish, was great.  Just this one individual didn't have the right personality to be dealing with people in my opinion.  I did think kind of work for 30 years and he would have never lasted in the homes I went into.  I took my boots off before I went into someone's home. 

They took care of the problem very nicely. He had an idea of what the problem was when we described the symptoms.

He came out to give an estimate on a dryer repair.  The electronics had gone out, and that is a very expensive repair for a dryer.  It was over $500.  I ended up getting a new washer and dryer instead.  The washer was working, but they were both eight years old.  I wanted to buy something with storage underneath, so I decided to get both.  I liked dealing with them.  I got the washer and dryer on sale.

He even gave me some money off for the dryer that didn't work. Martin's came through with me again. I got a really good quality washer and dryer.

Very efficient and helpful in assessing the problem. Tried to save us money by recommending alternatives to purchasing a new dishwasher.
